As the light shortens, our tea counter shifts towards warmer, rounder flavours. These are the five infusions we are pouring most often this season, and how we like to drink them.

The shelf

  • Roasted barley: nutty, caffeine-free and comforting after a massage.

  • Lemon verbena: bright and gentle, our favourite for evenings.

  • Hojicha: a roasted green tea with very little bitterness.

  • Fig leaf: soft, coconut-like and lovely with honey.

  • Rooibos with orange peel: for guests who miss their morning coffee.

Brew a little cooler and a little longer than you think. Patience is the secret ingredient.

All five are available by the bag at the house, and our team is always happy to brew you a taster before you choose.
